Description

Letter from West Dingle, Liverpool 'surrounded by little cousins - Thompsons and Philipses'. She reports that she could not persuade the Ogdens 'to give me any drawings for your [Anti-slavery] bazaar', but he gave a 'beautiful composition to words of Dr Bowering(?)' She has met 'a most interesting young American', Mr Pons(?), 'full of the slavery question'.
